Pena is of Caucasian ancestry and was born in the year 1989 in the city of Spokane, which is located in the state of Washington. 

Pena attended Mt. Spokane High School until she was 18 years old, after which she made the decision to enroll at Spokane Community College, which is situated in close proximity to her childhood home.
